Propels Bulldogs to NCAA Tournament Pember posted 31 points (9-19 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 9-11 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and two blocks over 37 minutes during Saturday's 66-62 victory over USC Upstate.

Impact Pember has been the fuel all season long for a UNC Asheville team with a 16-2 record in Big South play. He's putting up 21.2 ppg on the season, but in three conference tournament games, the 6-11 senior averaged 29.7 points, 11.3 rebounds and 2.7 blocks. This is a player with high-major experience via two seasons with the Tennessee Volunteers, and he could very well be a problem for any team that faces him in the first round of the Big Dance.
