Leaving Wichita State Kindell will enter the transfer portal, according to Tobias Bass of The Athletic.

Impact Kindell spent the 2025-26 season as the Shockers' backup point guard, coming off the bench in his 36 appearances while averaging 5.9 points, 1.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists across 17.3 minutes per game. The junior will look for a bigger role elsewhere.

Impact Kindell, who was listed as questionable ahead of Wednesday's loss against USF, logged his lowest minute total of the season for the Shockers. The 5-foot-11 junior, who is averaging 7.2 points, 1.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 0.8 steals on 19.6 minutes per game, will look to help Wichita State get back on track Saturday against Tulsa.
