The point guard is still finding ways to impact the game, like with his four steals, three assists and three rebounds in a resounding victory over the Tigers, but he's now scored in the single digits in three straight games, his longest stretch of the season. Auburn has won all of its games during Jones' five-game cold stretch, but four of them were by a single possession.

The guard has still hit double figure points in each of those, but he'll need to improve his efficiency moving forward. Jones has also stepped up on the glass and as a facilitator, making his game more well-rounded in 2024-2025.

Impact Jones hasn't wowed yet this season, but he's playing smart basketball with seven assists to two turnovers, and he's shooting 52 percent from the floor. Jones doesn't need to be the high-volume scorer for head coach Bruce Pearl's squad if he can facilitate somewhat efficiently, and that's what he's done thus far.
