Three points in return Maxwell (foot) had three points (0-2 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT) across eight minutes off the bench in Sunday's 97-69 victory over Delaware State.
Impact It looks like Maxwell has beaten his initial return timetable of 4-to-5 weeks after suffering a foot injury in preseason practices. He was cleared for a return to practice earlier in the week, and ultimately appeared in a game just six days later. It's unclear at this time if the three-star guard will have a chance to see his role expand when the games tighten up.

Impressive against Delaware Alvarado posted 29 points (11-14 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, five assists and two steals over 28 minutes in Sunday's win over Delaware.
Impact Alvarado was one of four Georgia Tech players that scored in double digits, but he was the highest-scoring player in the entire game with his 29-point effort. He's no stranger to reach that mark, though, as he has scored at least 20 points in three of his seven appearances so far. He is averaging 16.9 points per game this season.
