Waiver denied by NCAA Dainja's waiver to play another season has been denied by the NCAA, Griffin McVeigh of On3.com reports.

Impact Dainja's collegiate career is over after the NCAA denied his eligibility waiver. Dainja just completed his fifth season with his third different school, averaging 14.6 points and 7.4 rebounds in 35 games with Memphis. Tigers' head coach Penny Hardaway said in a statement, "We're obviously disappointed with the NCAA's decision because we know what this opportunity meant to him, but that doesn't take away from the impact he had here. Dain's future is incredibly bright."
