Headed to New Orleans Williams has committed New Orleans ahead of the 2024-25 season, VerbalCommits.com reports.

Impact Williams will join the Privateers after spending the 2023-24 season with Western Carolina. The 6-foot-9 freshman appeared in 29 games during his time with the Catamounts, averaging 3.5 points, three rebounds and 0.9 blocks on 11.9 minutes per game.

Impact Williams has yet to make his collegiate appearance due to a shoulder injury that kept him out all of 2022-23 for LSU. The freshman big man will look to find a new start at a different program.
