Dominant double-double Monday
Washington finished Monday's 89-72 win over Radford with 21 points (8-13 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 12 rebounds, three blocks and two steals across 32 minutes.
Impact
Washington was one of three SMU players who scored at least 15 points in this game, and he was one of two who also recorded a double-double with Jaron Pierre (15 points, 13 boards) being the other. Washington should remain a backup option on offense, so he's not expected to be among the most dominant scoring players for SMU going forward.

Even though Boopie Miller led the way for SMU with an impressive 28-point performance, Washington also made his presence felt while notching his first double-double of the campaign.
