Out for remainder of season Enright (shoulder) is out for the remainder of the 2024-2025 campaign, Adam reports.

Impact Enright had started every game this season for DePaul, but wasn't at 100 percent as he was forced to wear a shoulder brace. Now, he'll reportedly undergo shoulder surgery as he's shut down for the rest of the campaign. The starting point guard averaged 7.5 points, 3.3 rebounds and 6.2 assists as DePaul's main facilitator.

Wearing shoulder brace all season DePaul head coach Chris Holtmann said Enright will likely wear a brace on his shoulder for the rest of the season, Joey Pollizze of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Although Enright should be good to continue playing as he has amidst a dislocated shoulder, he will have to wear a shoulder brace on the court. The starting point guard has logged back-to-back full outings for the Blue Demons, so his shoulder problems have improved enough to keep him on the court moving forward, barring any setbacks.

Full showing amidst shoulder injury Enright produced six points (2-9 FG, 2-8 3Pt), five rebounds and six assists over 37 minutes during Wednesday's 85-80 OT loss to Seton Hall.

Impact Enright was a game-time decision heading into the matchup against the Pirates, but his efforts were needed fully in the eventual overtime loss. Even as he only registered six points and was unable to connect on a lot of shots, he did play a full 37-minute game and he tacked on six assists and five rebounds. It appears his shoulder injury is no longer a problem, but he should still have ample time to stay healthy for DePaul's matchup this upcoming Saturday versus Xavier.

Impact The Blue Demons were absolutely shut down by St. John's in the Tuesday night loss, but Enright did provide some offensive spark in a game where baskets were harder to come by. The junior guard logged his fifth game of the season with multiple three pointers and led the starters in points. His volatility as a scorer has been a problem in some of DePaul's closer matchups, but he'll look to build on this solid game against Northwestern on Saturday.

Impact Enright has been relatively quiet offensively so far this season, but he dropped a season-high 13 against the Huskies which was his second double-digit point performance of the year. The junior point guard could end up being more of a facilitator this year, but he will need to continue scoring like in this matchup if Depaul hopes to match up against tougher Big East opponents.

Impact Fortunately for Enright, him sitting out the lone game of DePaul's 2024 preseason was not going to make its way into regular-season action. He averaged 6.9 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists across his 33 games (all started) for Drake's 2023-24 team. Enright has experience being a top player, but the question is if he can be that for a team at a higher level. DePaul's non-conference games should help answer that question.
