Impact Ings' 16 points helped Norfolk State defeat South Carolina State en route to a MEAC Tournament Title and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. He was the Spartans' second leading scorer this season, and though he only attempts 2.2 three-pointers a game, he hits them at a scorching rate (47.9 percent).
