Impact Jakimovski led the way for Colorado as they suffered their 10th consecutive defeat to start conference play. The senior wing was the only Buffalo to reach double figures while adding four rebounds and a steal in 24 minutes of action. For the season, Jakimovski is averaging 10.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steals across 28.9 minutes while starting all 20 games.

Impact Dak remained in the starting lineup for the fifth-consecutive game, notching 13 points and six boards while turning away two shots. Dak had averaged 17 points across the first two games following his insertion into the starting lineup but had scored just seven points total during the last two games prior to Tuesday's rebound performance. During those five games, he's averaging 10.8 points, 5.2 boards and 2.6 blocks across 24.0 minutes.

Impact Dak moved into the starting lineup to make just his third start of the season Wednesday, throwing up a monster line with 19 points, eight boards and eight blocked shots across a season-high 30 minutes. The sophomore forward had started the first two games of the season but not nearly with the success he showed Wednesday, earning the opportunity thanks to the absence of RJ Smith (undisclosed) and Elijah Malone (back). It will be worth monitoring Dak moving forward to see if this performance leads to more opportunities after averaging 15.1 minutes through the first 15 games this season.
