Impact Starling didn't deliver an eye-popping performance like Eddie Lampkin did in this tight win over Colgate, but he still made his presence felt as one of three Syracuse players who scored in double digits. Starling has at least 12 points, four boards and three assists in his first two outings this season.

Eddie Lampkin - Plays huge role in win Lampkin notched 15 points (7-14 FG, 1-1 3Pt), 12 rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal in 34 minutes during Tuesday's 74-72 victory over Colgate.

Impact Lampkin led the Orange in scoring in this one and was one of the three starters who scored in double digits, but he also led the team in rebounds and assists. It's only been two games so far, but Lampkin has already racked up 25 total points while adding 15 rebounds, six assists and two steals to his name.

Impact While McLeod was healthy enough to appear in scrimmages, it's been implied that he may not be operating at 100 percent quite yet. Until then, Eddie Lampkin and Donnie Freeman have been occupying the center minutes for the Orange. It's unclear if McLeod will a greater role when Syracuse takes on Colgate on Tuesday evening.

Impact Westry, who hasn't played in one game across the last two year due to injury and illness, will be available for Syracuse on Tuesday. The 6-foot-6 redshirt sophomore last appeared with Auburn during the 2022-23 season, averaging 2.5 points, 0.7 rebounds and 0.7 steals on 9.5 minutes per game (11 appearances).
