That changed Saturday, as he was part of the starting five over Myles Johnson. Riley repaid that decision with his best scoring total since Jan. 27, while Johnson attempted only one field goal in 12 minutes on the court. It certainly appears possible that Riley is healthy enough to make a changing of the guard official.

Impact Riley didn't have much trouble against Pac-12 leader Arizona, managing a season-high 12 points on 55 percent shooting as he was undeterred by the Wildcats' size. He's taken on a smaller role this season with Jaime Jaquez and Jules Bernard both becoming bigger parts of the offense. Riley has been efficient from inside-the-arc this season at 59 percent but his rebounding numbers are down from a season ago.
