Impact Going into Tuesday, Weaver had never logged a double-double, so the fact that he recorded one for Texas on Tuesday is at least somewhat surprising. At the same time, he has proven to be capable. Earlier this season, Weaver logged double-digit points four times, and Tuesday marked the fifth occasion. Though his 6-foot-3, 180-pound profile does not fit a typical rebounder, he has proven to be one of the nation's best rebounding guards, with at least four per game in all but one of his undergraduate seasons. In what is his last year, Weaver will be instrumental depth for a Longhorn team trying to make surprising noise in their first campaign under Sean Miller.
