Committed to Delaware State Shell has committed to play for Delaware State for the 2025-26 season, per Portal Updates.

Impact Shell will join the Hornets following two seasons with North Carolina A&T. The 5-foot-10 guard averaged 7.4 points and 3.6 assists per game for the Aggies this past season. He will retain two years of eligibility with Delaware State moving forward.
