Status day-to-day Hildreth (foot) is day-to-day, according to Les Johns of 247Sports.
Impact Either privately to Johns or publicly, Wake Forest's head coach Steve Forbes said he would be surprised if Hildreth is out Saturday. Currently, then includes a WF game at North Carolina State. Hildreth recently recovered from a contusion and a staph infection though, so him day-to-day is a safe announcement.

Doesn't play vs. SMU Hildreath (foot) didn't play in Wake Forest's 77-66 win over SMU.
Impact Hildreath wasn't a starter for the Demon Deacons Saturday, which portended his lack of involvement and his first missed game this season. The staring guard is in the midst of a career season, averaging 14.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.6 steals. His next chance to play will come on Feb. 22 against NC State.

Battles illness in defeat Hildreth closed with two points (1-6 FG), two rebounds and one assist in 22 minutes during Tuesday's 72-59 loss to Louisville.
Impact According to Cam lemons of 247 Sports, Hildreth has been battling the flu since prior to Saturday's matchup against Duke. That at least partially explains why the 13.1 ppg scorer has registered games of four and two points while playing 10 less minutes than his season average. Fortunately, however, it hasn't kept him off the court. He'll look to bounce back in a tough home matchup Saturday against Pittsburgh.
