Impact The reigning NCAA champions will begin their 2025-26 season in neutral territory against another top team, so having Fland available is paramount. Fortunately for them, at least in terms of availability, they will be at full strength. Fland may not be a defending champion like some of his Florida teammates but offers top-level excellence that makes UF a contender to repeat this season. While part of Arkansas, under the tutelage of a legendary head coach in John Calipari, Fland logged 13.5 points, 5.1 assists, 3.2 rebounds, 1.7 three-pointers and 1.5 steals per game in 21 games (18 starts). For the Florida-Arizona game, the question becomes how much UF will use him, and where he fits in the Gators' newly constructed system.
