Impact No word of an injury had surfaced prior to tip-off, but Clarkin was coming off a season-low six minutes played in the New Year's Eve matchup against Boise State. While Clarkin has yet to see double-digit points or rebounds this season, he has started the first six games of the year at center for the Spartans. In pace of the 7-0 freshman Saturday, Nate Lacewell entered the starting five. It's unclear if Clarkin will be available for a pair of games scheduled for this week.
