Donnie Freeman - Fills stat sheet Monday Freeman chipped in 20 points (7-11 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 6-8 FT), six rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal over 25 minutes during Monday's 85-47 victory over Binghamton.

Impact Freeman was one of the top performers for Syracuse in this comfortable season-opening win. Aside from delivering a strong shooting performance, Freeman also did a good job filling out the rest of the stat sheet and recorded at least one tally in each of the five major categories. Freeman averaged 13.4 points and 7.9 rebounds per game through 14 contests before sustaining a season-ending injury in 2024-25, and it seems he's aiming to pick things right where he left them off last season.
