Impact Vander Plas broke his right hand during Wednesday's practice, just one day prior to the Cavaliers' first game of the ACC Tournament. For a team that was looking to make a run late into March, they'll now be without one of their consistent starters in Vander Plas for the remainder of the year, who averaged 7.4 points and 4.6 rebounds per contest across 29 appearances this season. In his absence, Francisco Caffaro and Ryan Dunn are candidates to see their workloads increase behind starting forward Jayden Gardner.
