Impact Anderson showed the ability to command the offense with Cade Cunningham no longer in the fold. The junior is in position to really put together a big season and start to be known on a national level. Anderson should be tested a bit more against Oakland on Friday.

Impact Anderson has carved out a decent role over these last five games since he got the call to start. Cade Cunningham is still going to run the show, but any help he can get is much appreciated for the Cowboys. Anderson is shooting 52 percent on the season from the field as well. They will get Baylor on Saturday.

Impact It seems as though head coach Mike Boynton is going with a smaller lineup by starting Anderson against No. 11 Texas on Sunday. Anderson has not started in any of the Cowboys' games this season while averaging 6.3 points and 2.5 rebounds in 17.5 minutes per game.
