Scores 27 in dominant win
Swartz logged 27 points (10-17 FG, 7-13 3Pt), seven rebounds, four assists and one steal in 23 minutes during Wednesday's 98-57 victory over Xavier.
Impact
Swartz made his second straight start Wednesday and marked the occasion with by far his best outing of the season. He scored a season-high 27 points -- his fourth straight game in double figures -- and also set season highs in rebounds (seven), assists (four) and three-pointers made (seven). After scoring just eight points across the first six games of the season, Swartz has established a prominent role in the Bluejays' offense as of late, primarily as a sharpshooter beyond the arc. Over the last four games he's made 16 of his 38 shots from long range, an impressive 42.1 percent clip on high volume. It appears the Bluejays are prepared to ride his hot hand, evidenced by his elevation to the starting lineup, and so far he's made the most of his opportunity.

Scores 16 in blowout loss
Swartz contributed 16 points (7-15 FG, 2-8 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist and two steals across 23 minutes during Sunday's 71-50 loss to Nebraska.
Impact
Swartz scored 16 points in Sunday's loss, the only Bluejay over 10 points in the blowout loss. It marked a season high for him and he's now scored 27 points over the last two games after scoring just eight across his first six appearances. He also set a season high in rebounds (five) and recorded multiple steals for the first time since the season opener. He will look to keep up his good run of form Saturday versus Kansas State.

Scores 11 in return
Swartz (undisclosed) totaled 11 points (4-9 FG, 3-8 3Pt), one rebound, two assists and one block in 13 minutes during Tuesday's 96-76 win over Nicholls.
Impact
Swartz connected on 3-of-8 looks from range, closing with 11 points in his return after sitting out last Saturday against Oregon. The 6-foot-4 sophomore transfer from Miami has appeared in seven games this season, averaging 2.7 points, 1.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 0.7 steals on 12.6 minutes per game. Swartz will look to build off a solid shooting night after struggling from the field to start the season.

Swartz will transfer to Creighton, Jamie Shaw of On3.com reports.

Leaving Coral Gables
Swartz will enter the transfer portal, Travis Branham of 247Sports.com reports.
Impact
Swartz will seek greener pastures after a true freshman season with Miami in which he averaged 5.9 points and 1.0 rebounds across 18.6 minutes. He played in 29 games and started seven, but the 'Canes still finished a dismal 7-24 and dead last in the ACC. Swartz was a highly-coveted recruit, so he should have plenty of suitors in the portal.

Not starting in finale
Swartz earned the start for Miami in the 'Canes last game, but will be sent to the bench in favor of the senior Kiree Huie.
Impact

Getting start vs. Wake Forest
Swartz is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Wake Forest, Les Johns of 247Sports.com reports.

Ineffective in return
Swartz (coach's decision) finished with five points (2-8 FG, 1-7 3Pt) and a steal in 20 minutes during Wednesday's loss to Boston College.
Impact
Swartz's shooting woes on the season continued Wednesday, as he's shot under 30 percent from the floor in five of his last six games. The freshman guard has played at least 20 minutes in four of his last five games but that will likely dip if he can't show more consistency.

ROTOWIRE
DNP Sunday
Swartz (coach's decision) did not play against Presbyterian.
Impact
Swartz was held out of Sunday's game due to a coaching decision, marking his first missed game of the season. The absence came following a string of three consecutive starts, his first three of the season. The freshman guard has had a solid start to his inaugural season at the collegiate level, averaging 4.5 points in 13.6 minutes per game for the Hurricanes this season. Though he was not held out due to injury, Swartz can likely be looked at as questionable for Saturday's game against Mount St. Mary's for the moment.

ROTOWIRE
Not productive in start
Swartz ended with one point (0-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT) over 13 minutes during Saturday's 65-55 loss to Clemson.
Impact
Miami may be trying to shake things up in the midst of a six-game losing streak, but it simply hasn't been working out. Swartz has now made back-to-back starts but has scored a combined eight points on 2-of-10 shooting across 34 minutes, with zero assists over that span. It wouldn't be surprising to see the Hurricanes turn back to Jalil Bethea or Matthew Cleveland with a tough matchup against Tennessee scheduled for Tuesday.
