Abdul Bashir - Dealing with back injury Bashir (illness) was held out of Saturday's matchup against North Carolina State due to a back injury as well as an illness, per Adam Cole of the Montgomery Advertiser.
Impact Bashir has missed five contests in a row for the Tigers due to an illness, but he is also now apparently working through a back issue as well. The 6-foot-7 forward has averaged two points in 8.8 minutes per game across six contests for Auburn this season. His next chance to return will come against Chattanooga on Saturday.

Tahaad Pettiford - Scores a career-high 30 points Pettiford logged 30 points (10-19 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 5-5 FT), three rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 35 minutes during Saturday's 97-68 loss to Arizona.
Impact Pettiford was the only Tiger to show up against Arizona. After being held to six points in the win over North Carolina State on Wednesday, he seemed determined to score against the Wildcats. The sophomore guard has scored at least 24 points in three of his last five games. Despite hitting just 35.8 percent of his field goals, Pettiford is averaging 14.1 points.

KeShawn Murphy - Snags eight boards Murphy closed with eight points (4-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt), eight rebounds, one assist and one steal across 28 minutes during Saturday's 97-68 loss to Arizona.
Impact Murphy equaled his season high in rebounds. He had only played a combined 37 minutes in his two previous games. The 6-10 senior snagged four offensive boards against the Wildcats. He is averaging 10.3 points on 64.3 percent from the field and 5.3 rebounds.

Ivan Kharchenkov - Dressed and warming up Kharchenkov (ankle) is in uniform and going through full warmups ahead of Saturday's game against Auburn, Jason Scheer of 247Sports.com reports.
Impact Kharchenkov logged just nine minutes last Saturday after injuring his ankle, but it won't cost him any additional time. He recently poured in a career-best 20 points in a win over Denver on Nov. 24 and will look to find that spark once again in a top-25 matchup at home.
