Impact Mason couldn't have asked for a better start to his Wake Forest tenure, as he was outstanding defensively and also delivered a double-double. He averaged 9.9 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists on 24.3 minutes across 31 appearances, including 20 starts, for Washington in 2024-25, but based on this season opener Monday, it seems he might be in line to have a bigger role with the Demon Deacons.
