Ilja Dragunov took down Grayson Waller in an impromptu showdown, Edris Enofé & Malik Blade earned an NXT Tag Team Title opportunity, Nathan Frazer punched his ticket to Halloween Havoc and more. WWE NXT results: Oct. 11, 2022 Bron Breakker def. Javier Bernal Javier Bernal’s mouth wrote a check that his big body had a hard time cashing against Bron Breakker. “Big Body Javy” tried to throw the first haymaker at the NXT Champion, but Breakker hit his signature press and thunderous slam to put away Bernal. Breakker never took his eyes off JD McDonagh throughout the match, and when Ilja Dragunov emerged all-out chaos erupted among the Halloween Havoc combatants. Nathan Frazer def. Axiom – NXT North American Title Ladder Match Qualifier Bragging rights and the final spot in the NXT North American Championship Ladder Match were on the line when Axiom and Nathan Frazer looked to break their best of three deadlock. The two supremely skilled Superstars set a high-octane pace from the start with Axiom nearly capturing the win after a vicious suplex off the ropes and sky-scraping splash. Frazer and Axiom traded precise counters in the hotly contested matchup, but it was Frazer who earned the final win of the trilogy with a swift roll-up. Indi Hartwell def. Valentina Feroz Valentina Feroz requested Sanga stand in her corner for a showdown with Indi Hartwell, but the backup was short-lived as his old teammate Veer summoned him to the back. With her corner now empty, Feroz tried to go on the offensive but Hartwell’s confidence continued to grow with a superplex clinching triumph. Edris Enofé & Malik Blade def. The Dyad and Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen – Triple Threat Tag Team No. 1 Contenders’ Match Pretty Deadly were perched atop the ring, cheering on the sports and watching three teams beat each other senseless for an NXT Tag Team Title opportunity. Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen were rolling like the tide early, as a moonsault by Brooks Jensen wiped out the all the other competitors outside the ring. With The Dyad reeling, Joe Gacy attempted to insert himself into the match only to invoke the charge of Cameron Grimes who backfired Schism’s master plan with a Cave-In and set up Malik Blade & Edris Enofe for the shocking win. Alba Fyre def. Jacy Jayne Alba Fyre has been a one-woman wrecking crew in her rampage against Toxic Attraction, and she looked to set ablaze the hopes of another member of the trio. Jacy Jayne fought valiantly against the recently unstoppable Superstar, but a soul-crushing Gory Bomb was too much to overcome. As Fyre basked in another setback to Toxic Attraction, the group’s ace up the sleeve emerged as Sonya Deville helped launch a post-match beatdown that ended with a humbling smash of Fyre through the announce desk. Wes Lee def. Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo was out to do the bidding of The Don Tony D’Angelo, but Wes Lee refused to kiss the ring. The extra motivation for “Stacks” prompted a new level of innovation, but Lee took advantage of his opening with a twisting splash to take out D’Angelo’s lieutenant. As the dust settled, Lee would find himself in the crosshairs of Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams once again, but Oro Mensah would slide in to help the high-flyer fight off the two Superstars. Kiana James def. Thea Hail Mr. Stone was throwing a tantrum even before the opening bell rang between Kiana James and Thea Hail. Stone was still smarting after Hail’s attention-grabbing slam of him last week, but Chase U’s youngest student would once again embarrass him with an overhead toss. As Hail taunted Stone, James awaited the ring of the bell and plant a DDT to score a statement over Chase U. Ilja Dragunov def. Grayson Waller Ilja Dragunov was headed home for the night, but a run-in with a loud-mouthed Grayson Waller convinced the former NXT UK Champion to stick around. Waller waited for his opportunity to land a cheap shot that briefly grounded his opponent and allowed him to toss a taunt towards new NXT announce team addition Booker T. With Apollo Crews dug deep into his mind, a mysterious spin of the wheel on the ramp would capture Waller’s attention though and set up Dragunov for a ferocious Torpedo to complete the victory. With Dragunov heading for the exits, Breakker emerged to dish out a final Spear for one of his Halloween Havoc challengers to end the night on NXT. Alba Fyre sets sights on Jacy Jayne in Toxic Attraction path of destruction There’s nowhere for Toxic Attraction to hide – Alba Fyre is coming for retribution. The bat-wielding Superstar derailed last week’s Six-Woman Tag Team showdown with an abduction of Mandy Rose in the NXT parking lot. Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne would fall short in their NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles No. 1 Contenders' Match against Zoey Stark & Nikkita Lyons. Now, Jayne will look to regroup and try to slow the intimidating onslaught of Fyre in a one-on-one matchup. Will Dolin be close by to help tip the scales and where in the world is the NXT Women’s Champion? Don’t miss the showdown this Tuesday at 8/7 C on USA Network!
