Stephanie McMahon commemorates Chicago Sky's WNBA championship with custom WWE Title

For the first time in franchise history, the Chicago Sky earned the title of champions after capturing the WNBA championship over the Phoenix Mercury in Sunday’s Game 4.

The WNBA trophy won’t be the only addition to the Sky’s trophy case as WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon is sending a custom WWE Title to head coach James Wade and company.

It was a miraculous run for the sixth-seeded Sky thanks in large part to two-time WNBA MVP and Naperville, Ill., native Candace Parker, who joined the Sky in 2021, promising to bring a championship back to her home.
