Seth Rollins was on a mission to accomplish one thing at WWE Fastlane: teach Shinsuke Nakamura to respect him.

The SmackDown Savior seemed to accomplish his goal with a victory, though it wasn’t without hard-fought resistance by The Artist.

Rollins deployed a vicious approach right off the bat, clearly motivated to prove his superiority on the blue brand as he smashed Nakamura into the announce table to set the tone.

Repeatedly crowing about his strength in comparison to Cesaro, Rollins got carried away by going for a Swing a la The Swiss Superman, as Nakamura locked on an armbar to do significant damage before Rollins could force a rope break.

From there, two of the WWE’s most talented Superstars waged a back-and-forth battle, though Rollins reigned supreme with a pin following a Stomp, sending an emphatic message to the entire roster and Cesaro in particular.
