SDSU pulls away in 3rd quarter, beats New Mexico State 28-10
CARSON, Calif. (AP) — Greg Bell ran for a touchdown and a career-high 165 yards, Jordon Brookshire scrambled for a score, and San Diego State pulled away in the third quarter to beat New Mexico State 28-10 on Saturday night in the Aztecs' season opener.

The university is building its future stadium in Mission Valley in the footprint of SDCCU Stadium. SDSU will open its news stadium in Mission Valley on Sept. 3, 2022 against Arizona.
