Jones scores 22 points, leads Cal State Fullerton over UC Santa Barbara 73-69

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) — Max Jones had 22 points in Cal State Fullerton's 73-69 victory against UC Santa Barbara on Saturday night.

Jones also contributed five assists for the Titans (9-10, 2-5 Big West Conference). Dominic Brewton added 20 points while shooting 7 of 12 from the field and 5 for 8 from the line, and he also had six rebounds. Grayson Carper had 14 points and finished 4 of 8 from 3-point range.

Cole Anderson led the way for the Gauchos (11-7, 4-4) with 19 points. Ajay Mitchell added 18 points and six assists for UCSB. Yohan Traore also had 15 points and 13 rebounds.
