Benigni's 18 lead Navy past Lafayette 62-58

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Austin Benigni had 18 points in Navy's 62-58 win against Lafayette on Wednesday night.

Benigni had five assists for the Midshipmen (11-17, 7-10 Patriot League). Donovan Draper scored 14 points and added six rebounds. Mac MacDonald was 5 of 11 shooting (1 for 4 from 3-point range) to finish with 11 points.

The Leopards (11-19, 10-7) were led in scoring by Kyle Jenkins, who finished with 15 points, two steals and two blocks. Devin Hines added 14 points and two blocks for Lafayette. In addition, Justin Vander Baan had 12 points, seven rebounds and two blocks.
