Benigni scores 28 in Navy's 77-65 win against William & Mary
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Austin Benigni's 28 points helped Navy defeat William & Mary 77-65 on Saturday.
Benigni also had five assists for the Midshipmen (4-7). Donovan Draper added 21 points while going 8 of 13 from the floor, including 2 for 3 from 3-point range, and 3 for 6 from the line, and also had 10 rebounds and four steals. Austin Inge shot 4 for 7, including 2 for 3 from beyond the arc to finish with 10 points.
Chase Lowe led the Tribe (5-8) in scoring, finishing with 19 points and six rebounds. Gabe Dorsey added 18 points for William & Mary. In addition, Caleb Dorsey had 14 points and eight rebounds.

Navy's next game is Wednesday against Boston University at home, and William & Mary hosts Elon on Thursday.
