Heading to New York Sabally and the Liberty agreed to terms on a multi-year contract Saturday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Impact Sabally earned her third selection to the WNBA All-Star Game in 2025 and finished the regular season having averaged 16.3 points, 5.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.7 threes and 1.3 steals over 26.6 minutes per contest. She played a key role in the Mercury's run to the WNBA Finals but was unable to play in Game 4 after being diagnosed with a concussion following Game 3. Sabally will likely be heavily featured in New York's offense while playing alongside the likes of Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu.

Not expected to re-sign with PHX Sabally (concussion) is not expected to re-sign with the Mercury, according to Annie Costabile of Front Office Sports.
Impact Sabally is expected to be one of the most coveted free agents before the start of the 2026 season, and according to Costabile, she's expected to meet with several teams over the coming days before deciding where she'll continue her career. Sabally averaged 16.3 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game in 39 regular-season starts for Phoenix last season.
