Scores in double figures off bench Banham logged 12 points (3-4 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), an assist and a steal in 16 minutes during Saturday's 108-104 preseason loss to the Mercury.

Impact Banham re-signed with the Sky during the offseason following a career-best campaign in 2025, when she averaged 9.0 points, 2.7 assists and 1.7 rebounds in 24.6 minutes per game across 44 regular-season appearances (33 starts). Banham could see relatively consistent minutes off the bench early in the season if Courtney Vandersloot (knee) and DiJonai Carrington (foot) are unavailable.

Re-signs with Chicago Banham agreed to a contract with the Sky on Saturday, Mitchell Hansen of CanisHoopus.com reports.

Impact Banham will return to the Sky following a career-best year in 2025. Over 44 regular-season appearances (33 starts) for Chicago last season, she averaged 9.0 points, 2.7 assists and 1.7 rebounds across 24.6 minutes per game. However, the veteran guard figures to face more competition for playing time in 2026, considering Skylar Diggins is now in the mix and Ariel Atkins received a core qualifying offer. Hailey Van Lith (ankle) and Jacy Sheldon (ankle) could also push for increased minutes in the backcourt.

Posts double-double in finale Banham racked up 13 points (4-11 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 3-5 FT), three rebounds, 10 assists and one steal across 33 minutes during Thursday's 91-86 loss to New York.

Impact Banham maintained elevated playing time for the shorthanded Sky during Thursday's regular-season finale, and she excelled as a passer en route to her first double-double of the year. Although Banham dealt with some inconsistency during the 2025 campaign, she still had a career-best season while making 44 appearances (33 starts), as she averaged 9.0 points, 2.7 assists, 1.7 rebounds, 2.0 made three-pointers and 0.6 steals in 24.6 minutes per game. The 32-year-old will become an unrestricted free agent during the offseason, and it wouldn't be surprising to see teams express renewed interest in her talents now that she's proven the impact she can have in a starting capacity.

Awful shooting performance Banham logged four points (0-7 FG, 0-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one block across 34 minutes during Tuesday's 92-61 loss to Las Vegas.

Impact Banham missed each of her seven shots from the floor -- all of them from deep -- and had a subpar stat line overall. Her lack of consistency has been alarming, as she's alternated double-digit scoring performances with games in which she's scored five or fewer points over her previous six appearances. That said, it's hard to trust her ahead of the regular-season finale against the Liberty on Thursday since she's reached the 10-point plateau just three times over her last 10 outings.

Impact Banham was sharp from the field, and she went without a turnover after coughing it up seven times in the previous two outings. Banham is averaging 9.3 points, 3.0 assists, 1.8 rebounds and 2.0 three-pointers per game across the past three appearances.

Impact Banham had a difficult time from behind the three-point line, but at least she was able to chip in with a decent amount of rebounds and assists with one block. Banham is averaging 4.8 points, 2.8 assists, 1.3 rebounds and 1.3 three-pointers across the past four contests.

Impact Banham scored single-digit points for the third consecutive game, during which she has shot 29.4 percent from the field. Over her last five appearances, she's averaged 8.2 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists across 24.4 minutes per game.

Plays 17 minutes in loss Banham finished Tuesday's 94-88 loss to the Storm with five points (2-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt), two rebounds, three assists and one steal over 17 minutes.

Impact Banham had been playing really well prior to Tuesday, but she saw a dip in usage and minutes due to the return of Angel Reese. With how well she was playing prior, it's not the worst idea to give her another chance.
