Selected by Portland Muhl (knee) was selected by the Fire in the second round of the WNBA Expansion Draft on Friday, Annie Costabile of Front Office Sports reports.

Impact Muhl suffered a torn ACL on March 11 while playing for Croatia in the FIBA Women's Eurobasket Qualifiers, and she underwent successful season-ending surgery Tuesday. Muhl also missed the 2025 campaign due to a torn left ACL, but she'll have an opportunity to compete for a role with a new team once she's back to full health, which will likely occur sometime in 2027.

Out for 2026 season Muhl will miss the 2026 WNBA season after tearing her right ACL back in a game on March 11, Chelsea Leite reports.

Impact Muhl underwent successful surgery on March 31 and does not have a timetable to return. She remains on a suspended contract after previously battling an ACL injury to her left knee.
