Marine Fauthoux - WNBA News, Rumors, & Updates

Drops 20 points off bench Fauthoux fouled out of Wednesday's 101-98 Game 2 loss to Atlanta after recording 20 points (8-10 FG, 4-6 3Pt), six rebounds, four assists and two steals over 31 minutes.

Impact Fauthoux had totaled just two points over her first two playoff appearances this year, but she took on a much larger role off the bench Wednesday. She dropped a season-high 20 points and was also the only player on the team to record multiple steals. The Liberty now face a 2-0 deficit in the WNBA semifinals, and it's possible that the team rides the hot hand in Friday's Game 3 as the Liberty attempt to extend the series.

The 2021 No. 29 overall pick finishes the regular season (21 games) with averages of 4.4 points and 1.9 assists across 12.4 minutes per contest after her strong performance Wednesday.

Efficient as reserve Fauthoux finished with nine points (4-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist in seven minutes during Sunday's 106-69 victory over Toronto.

Impact Fauthoux has been an inconsistent part of the rotation in recent weeks, and although she didn't see a substantial increase in minutes Sunday, she was efficient from the floor while matching her third-highest scoring total of the season. Despite her encouraging output Sunday, it seems unlikely that Fauthoux will see her role significantly increase to close out the regular season.

SEPTEMBER 21 • ROTOWIRE

Minutes starting to dwindle Fauthoux accumulated one point (0-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT) across three minutes during Thursday's 79-60 loss to the Valkyries.

Impact Fauthoux appears to be getting phased out of New York's rotation. She's played single-digit minutes in back-to-back appearances, and she went unused off the bench Saturday against Indiana altogether.

Leads bench in scoring Saturday Fauthoux contributed eight points (2-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-5 FT), two rebounds and one assist across 11 minutes during Saturday's 82-75 win over the Sun.

Impact Fauthoux had one of her better games of the 2026 campaign Saturday, recording her highest-scoring performance since the 104-99 loss to Las Vegas on July 30. The 25-year-old recently signed a multi-year deal with the Liberty, though she hasn't been very productive in her 15 regular-season appearances, averaging only 4.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists across 14.6 minutes.

AUGUST 16 • ROTOWIRE

Two rebounds Thursday Fauthoux totaled two rebounds in 10 minutes during Thursday's 85-81 win over the Sparks.

Impact Although Fauthoux is playing fairly meaningful minutes for the Liberty, her fantasy value remains relatively limited. She has averaged 5.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 17.4 minutes per contest over her last 11 games.

Inks multi-year deal with NYL Fauthoux signed a multi-year contract with the Liberty on Thursday.

Impact While Fauthoux was originally drafted by New York back in 2021, she didn't come stateside until this season and started the year on a developmental deal. However, she established herself as a rotation player for the Liberty and has now earned a multi-year contract. Over the past seven games, Fauthoux has averaged 6.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.1 triples in 18.3 minutes per contest.

Sees 14 minutes in win Fauthoux ended Monday's 95-83 victory over the Storm with three points (1-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 0-1 FT), four rebounds and five assists over 14 minutes.

Impact Satou Sabally (concussion) remains without a return timetable, meaning there's a few extra minutes up for grabs in New York. Fauthoux has had some bright moments in her rookie campaign and is worth keeping tabs on.

Cools off Wednesday Fauthoux amassed two points (1-4 FG, 0-3 3Pt), one rebound and one assist across 18 minutes during Wednesday's 95-94 victory over the Sky.

Impact Fauthoux had the best game of her career in Monday's 99-98 overtime win over the Wings, finishing with a 10-point, 10-rebound double-double along with two assists and one steal across 27 minutes. However, the 25-year-old cooled off Wednesday, ending with only two points, her fifth single-digit scoring effort in six regular-season appearances during the 2026 campaign.

JULY 24 • ROTOWIRE

Double-doubles off bench Fauthoux closed with 10 points (2-5 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and one steal across 27 minutes during Monday's 99-98 win over the Wings.

Impact In what was the easily her largest workload of the season, Fauthoux recorded multiple career-high marks in this win. She was used sparingly prior to Sunday's outburst, but fantasy managers will now want to monitor her closely.
