Returning to Seattle Holmes signed a contract with the Storm on Monday.

Impact Holmes was selected by the Storm in the third round of the 2024 WNBA Draft, but she missed her entire rookie season due to a knee injury and was waived by Seattle ahead of the 2025 regular season after spending training camp with the team. However, she'll rejoin the Seattle frontcourt to provide additional depth behind Nneka Ogwumike, Ezi Magbegor and Gabby Williams. Holmes played five collegiate seasons at Indiana and averaged 17.2 points and 6.7 rebounds in 27.2 minutes per game.
