It was the second-highest scoring total of her career, and most since she went for 15 points against the Aces in the 2024 regular-season finale.

However, Brown still led the second unit with a season-high mark in steals. The forward joined the Sun on a rest-of-season contract June 2 and will likely continue to play a limited role off the bench when the team is healthy.

Impact Making her second appearance for the Sun, Brown got on the score sheet for the first deep after being held without a point in 17 minutes during her debut Friday. The Sun are off to a 2-7 start, and with the team in need of a spark, Brown will be someone to watch in case she can establish herself in this rotation.

Impact Connecticut will bring Brown aboard as a replacement on the wing for Robyn Parks, who was waived in a corresponding move.
