Impact Pili has struggled to carve out a role in the WNBA after being selected by the Lynx with the No. 8 overall pick in 2024, and that didn't change this year. She wasn't part of Minnesota's rotation to begin the season before being waived in mid-July. She joined the Sparks in early August but was unable to generate much playing time with Los Angeles, as she averaged just 3.2 points and 0.4 rebounds in 3.4 minutes per game over five appearances. Pili will be a reserved free agent during the offseason, and it seems likely that she'll have to seek out other opportunities heading into 2026.
