Nikki Bella had surgery in January to repair a herniated disc that has kept her out of the ring since late 2015, but she hopes to return to the WWE in July and has been sharing photos of her work in the gym.
While Bella has been out, her sister Brie Bella retired from wrestling to focus on starting a family with her husband, Daniel Bryan - who also retired in 2016 due to injuries. Nikki Bella shared on Instagram that she trained with Bryan - generally regarded as one of the best technical wrestlers in the business - who helped improve her finishing move.
