WWE star Bray Wyatt injured during match in Italy

Just a few days after Bray Wyatt was in the main event of Raw alongside Roman Reigns, Wyatt was hurt during a live event in Milan, Italy. WWE is currently making a European Tour, and Wyatt was scheduled to face Reigns in the main event Wednesday - but shortly into the match Wyatt hurt his right leg and could not continue. Wyatt pushed Reigns into the corner but hurt himself and immediately grabbed his leg. Wyatt tried to walk across the ring to the other corner but collapsed in the center of the mat, and the referee called for medics. A gang of wrestlers then stormed the ring and attacked Reigns.

WWE confirmed that Wyatt suffered a right calf injury, but as of yet has not provided further details.

Although it remains to be seen how serious Wyatt's injury is, it comes at a heartbreaking time for Wyatt, who had just started to gain some momentum after WrestleMania. Wyatt also joins an alarmingly long list of injured WWE stars.

Bray is the second member of the Wyatt family to be sidelined due to an injury, after Luke Harper suffered a serious knee injury in March. Wyatt said earlier this month that he expected that he would be injured before Harper ever was.
