WWE behemoth Rhyno could be headed to the Michigan House of Representatives
When he's not goring Heath Slater on SmackDown or battling Samoa Joe on NXT, pro wrestling veteran and ECW favorite Rhyno has been campaigning to become a Michigan state representative for the 15th district - and he took an important step on his journey to Washington Tuesday. Rhyno, whose real name is Terrance Gerin, won the Republican primary by a margin of 56 votes according to MLive.

Rhyno now faces Democrat Abdullah Hammoud in an election in November. There have been a number of WWE stars to jump into the political arena, most notably Jesse "The Body" Ventura, who was the 38th Governor of Minnesota. Jerry Lawler tried to become the mayor of Memphis in 1999 but lost the election.
