Good God, it's Slobberknocker in the starting gate for the second at Santa Anita Friday

It's been quite a week for Jim Ross.

The WWE Hall of Famer is going to be back calling matches, starting in March for New Japan Pro Wrestling on AXS TV.

And if that's not enough, a horse named for one of the great voice's catchphrases will be in the starting gate on Friday at Santa Anita Park in California.

Slobberknocker has been tabbed as the 5-2 second choice on the morning line in the 6 1/2-furlong race that carries a $23,000 purse.

The conditions of the race call for $30,000 maiden claimers and it attracted a field of eight.
