Watch this fighter dodge a kick with a move out of ‘The Matrix’

We finally found the proper way to avoid a head kick.

It’s easy to block a kick with your hands or arms but you still risk breaking a forearm or still getting dazed from the sheer power. The technical way to do it is to bend over backwards at a 90-degree angle, that way you take zero damage and look sweet while you’re at it.

Let this Muay Thai fighter show you what I mean:

It’s a fact that fighters are much more effective when they take the red pill the night before fights and that’s obviously what fighter Rafael Ataman Fiziev did before his latest bout.

Fiziev is a kickboxer who fights out of Thailand but hails from Kyrgyzstan, the same home country of women’s bantamweight contender Valentina Shevchenko. He’s looking to make the full transition to MMA, and with moves like this, it won't be long before he gets a shot in the big leagues.
