UFC 205 early weigh-in results: Two fighters miss weight
Full results from the early UFC 205 weigh-ins, featuring the lightweight title fight between Eddie Alvarez and Conor McGregor in New York City
Before the highly anticipated UFC 205 fight card can take place, the fighters must step on the scale to make weight.
The entire card will be headlined by the lightweight title fight between rematch between reigning Eddie Alvarez and featherweight champion Conor McGregor.
If McGregor emerges victories he will become the first UFC fighter to hold championships in two separate weight classes.
In the night’s co-main event, welterweight champ Tyron Woodley will looked to defend his belt for the first time as he squares off against striking specialist Stephen Thompson.
Rounding out the three title fights is a strawweight clash between champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and fellow polish standout Karolina Kowalkiewicz.
Other high profile fights include a middleweight clash between Chris Weidman vs. Yoel Romero, a featherweight battle between Frankie Edgar vs. Jeremy Stephens and a women’s bantamweight bout between Miesha Tate vs. Raquel Pennington.
