Djokovic leaving Adidas for new sponsor in '10

Novak Djokovic is leaving Adidas for Sergio Tacchini, the same brand worn by his idols.

Djokovic said Saturday he has signed a 10-year sponsorship deal with the Italian company starting next year.

He said "my own idols Pete Sampras and John McEnroe have won almost all titles ... wearing the Sergio Tacchini logo."

The third-ranked Serb announced the deal on the eve of the ATP World Tour finals in London. As part of the deal, Sergio Tacchini will produce four Djokovic-inspired clothing lines each year. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Djokovic won last year's ATP finals in Shanghai. He plays Nikolay Davydenko in his first round-robin match of the tournament, which starts Sunday at London's O2 Arena.
