Two decades later, John and Patrick McEnroe got the act back together.

The brothers teamed up at the French Open for the over-45 legends doubles competition, beating Andres Gomez and Emilio Sanchez 6-2, 6-2 Wednesday.

Playing on Court 1 at Roland Garros, the McEnroes exchanged palm slaps after winning points. Every so often, John's yells of ''Yours!'' could be heard over the din of the crowd.

Patrick's 45; John is 53. They hadn't played doubles together since winning the title at the Paris Masters in November 1992, beating Patrick Galbraith and Danie Visser in the final.
