Hamburg midfielder Ze Roberto has agreed to a transfer to Qatari club Al Gharafa.
The Asian Football Confederation says that the 36-year-old Ze Roberto signed a two-year contract after rejecting a one-year deal to stay in Germany.
The Brazilian, who joined Hamburg in 2009, has the record for most appearances by a foreigner in German league history with 336. He also had stints at Bayern Munich and Bayern Leverkusen.
In a 12-year international career, Ze Roberto made 84 international appearances for Brazil.
