Host side Thailand knocked out defending champion Malaysia 2-0 in the second-leg semifinal of the Suzuki Cup to complete a 3-1 aggregate win on Thursday.
The first leg was drawn 1-1.
Singapore will take on Thailand in the two-leg final at home on Dec. 19, then in Thailand on Dec. 22.
Malaysia was reduced to 10 men just before halftime when South Korean referee Lee Min-hu sent off defender Mohammad Fadhli.
Striker Teerasil Dangda scored his fifth goal in the competition in the 60th minute when he pounced on a defender's error and calmly tapped in. Five minutes later, Teerathon Bunmathan doubled the lead off a rebound as the Malaysian defense missed the experience of Fadhli.
