Tevez off the mark for Juve
Carlos Tevez scored his first goal in Juventus colours on Wednesday as the Serie A champions beat a Val d'Aosta XI in a pre-season friendly in Saint-Vincent.
Defender Marco Motta opened the scoring in a 7-0 victory before Tevez - a £12million signing from Manchester City - doubled Juve's advantage with a cool finish on the stroke of half-time.
Alessandro Matri pounced with a third shortly after the break and fellow substitute Mirko Vucinic added two penalties in as many minutes.
Academy midfielder Federico Mattiello then dummied the goalkeeper to notch in the 90th minute and Matri made it 7-0 deep into stoppage time.
The Bianconeri also handed debuts to former Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente and Italy defender Angelo Ogbonna, who recently signed from Torino.
