The Swiss League title will be decided on the final day after leader FC Basel drew Sunday, allowing FC Zurich to close to within one point.

Basel was held to a 0-0 draw at relegation-threatened St. Gallen, while Zurich thrashed host Lucerne 5-0.

Zurich's four late strikes lifted its goal difference level with Basel, meaning a draw in its last match could be enough to win the title.

Defending champion Basel will host Lucerne on Wednesday. At the same time, Zurich is home to Thun.
