Inter Milan head coach Andrea Stramaccioni will return to the bench on Monday night after successfully appealing against a one-match touchline ban.

The Nerazzurri boss was initially suspended from Monday's trip to Parma for questioning referee Piero Giacomelli's decision to award a late penalty in a 2-2 draw with Cagliari.

A statement published on the Italian Football Federation's official website today confirmed that Stramaccioni would pay a fine of 10,000 euros instead.

However, Inter striker Antonio Cassano was given a two-match suspension for verbally abusing match officials and that punishment has been upheld.

The former Roma player will therefore miss both the trip to the Stadio Ennio Tardini and Palermo's visit to Milan on December 2.
